Orders & Payment
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent to production.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have already started and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately at milestoneprint.store@gmail.com if you need to make a change.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within 10 minutes.
Products & Materials
What type of paper are your posters printed on?
All posters are printed on high-quality, archival-grade paper. We offer two finishes:
Semi-Gloss: Vibrant colors with a slight sheen. Resists fingerprints and reduces glare. Best for art prints and photography.
Matte: Soft, non-reflective finish with an elegant look. Best for text-heavy designs or artwork displayed under glass.
Do posters come framed?
No. Posters are sold as prints only without frames. We recommend purchasing a frame separately that matches your chosen size.
Are the colors exactly as shown on screen?
We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, different monitors and screens display colors differently. The printed result may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
Do you offer digital download versions?
Currently, we offer only physical printed posters. Digital downloads are not available at this time.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by region and the number of items in your order. Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and cart contents.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by region:
United States: 2 - 5 business days (standard)
Canada: 2 - 5 business days
United Kingdom: 2 - 3 business days
Germany: 2 - 5 business days
Spain: 2 - 3 business days
European Countries: 2 - 5 business days
EFTA / Northern Europe: 5 - 10 business days
Australia: 3 - 6 business days
Rest of World: 10 - 30 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes. We ship to PO Box addresses within the United States. For international orders, please check with your local postal service.
What about shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated US territories may take an additional 7 - 12 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately within 24 hours. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. Refunds will not be issued for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to our print-on-demand production process, all posters are custom printed just for you. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

What if my poster arrives damaged or defective?
If your poster arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at milestoneprint.store@gmail.com with:

A clear photo showing the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund. No physical return is required.
How long do refunds take?
If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Can I exchange my poster for a different size?
Because each poster is custom printed, we cannot offer exchanges for size changes. If you ordered the wrong size, you would need to place a new order for the correct size.
Care & Display
How should I store my poster before framing?
Keep the poster rolled in its original shipping tube, away from moisture, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures. Lay flat if possible.
How do I flatten a rolled poster?
To flatten a rolled poster:

Unroll the poster on a clean, flat surface

Place heavy books or objects on the corners

Leave for 24-48 hours

Do not iron or apply heat directly to the poster
How should I clean my poster?
If framed, wipe the glass with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Do not apply cleaning solutions directly to the poster. For unframed posters, use a soft, dry brush to gently remove dust.
Will the poster fade over time?
Our archival-grade paper and inks are designed to resist fading. However, we recommend displaying posters away from direct sunlight to preserve color vibrancy.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and view order history.
How do you use my personal information?
We respect your privacy. Your information is used only to process orders, communicate shipping updates, and improve our service. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email. You will continue to receive order-related emails (confirmations, shipping updates).
