Returns & Refunds
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund .
No physical return is required. You do not need to send the item back to us.
Non-Returnable Items (Change of Mind)
Due to our print-on-demand production process, all products are custom printed just for you. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size selected

Wrong color or variant chosen

Customer address errors
Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days. However, because all items are custom printed on demand, this right expires immediately once production begins . Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel.
Refunds (Approved Claims)
If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days . Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
